Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards in digital asset markets
Proficiency in performing audits, developing policies, and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations effectively
Experience in working independently in remote environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Advanced communication skills and ability to provide clear compliance guidance to stakeholders
Proven track record of navigating financial and cyber risk in dynamic, highly regulated industries
Preferred
Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, and regulatory technologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field; certifications in compliance or risk management (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are highly preferred
