Responsibilities
Build the infrastructure and developer tools that power the AI-driven clinical research platform
Ensure infrastructure readiness for agentic workflows
Help engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development practices
Own critical systems end-to-end, from Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines to sandbox environments
Make other engineers more productive while considering user impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years of practical experience as a fullstack or platform engineer building platform and infrastructure systems
Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment, ideally having built products from 0 to 1
A product-focused approach to platform work, caring about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy for other engineers to use
Comfortable diving into any part of the system, whether it's infrastructure, services, or product frontends, to deliver effective solutions
Ability to build & iterate fast, especially with AI, and being hands-on with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
Having opinions on how AI agents should interact with production systems—authentication, sandboxing, observability—and being excited to build that foundation
