Responsibilities
Lead JIRA administration including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and advanced configurations
Build and maintain automation using Groovy (ScriptRunner), Python, and Java
Design executive dashboards and reports for capacity, utilization, and delivery health
Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data pipelines and dashboards
Act as a thought leader , proposing business-focused JIRA workflows and automation strategies
Partner with leadership to articulate technical solutions and ROI
Support Agile best practices across teams (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile)
Train and coach technical and non-technical stakeholders on JIRA and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
10+ years of relevant experience (flexible for highly technical candidates)
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Strong hands-on experience with Groovy scripting (ScriptRunner)
Strong hands-on experience with Java
Advanced experience with Atlassian tools in enterprise environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
Experience discussing or implementing AI-driven automation concepts
