Responsibilities

Lead the Production Lifecycle: Orchestrate video and digital design assets from initial conception to final launch
Innovate Brand Content: Architect compelling visual narratives that drive deep brand engagement and stay ahead of modern standards
Collaborate Strategically: Partner with video operations, creative and marking teams and larger organization to ensure every asset aligns with our mission
Master the Edit: Utilize your expertise in the Adobe Creative to refine raw footage into polished, professional stories and create web, social, and other digital designs
Champion Quality: Ensure all concepts are perfectly tailored to our audience, utilizing advanced composition and storyboarding techniques

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
A proven track record handling all aspects of production, including business affairs and trafficking
Deep proficiency in post-production workflows and video editing software
Experience creating static and motion design assets for web, social, and other digital channels
A strong grasp of storyboarding, scripting, and the fundamentals of branding
