Mid LevelMPW Industrial Services is seeking a Corporate Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects related to real estate, construction, and property improvements. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects while managing relationships with various stakeholders and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate–related projects including construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and property improvement initiatives from planning through completion
Coordinate vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication, including direct interaction with stakeholders in a professional and polished manner
Oversee project schedules, milestones, documentation, and reporting to leadership
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, including non-real-estate or non-MPW projects as directed
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and recommend solutions
Review contracts, proposals, and invoices related to assigned projects
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and status updates
Support leadership with special initiatives, research, and ad hoc project needs
Perform other duties as assigned based on business or family office needs
Qualification
Required
Experience managing real estate, construction, renovation, or rehabilitation projects preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently with limited structure
Preferred
Formal project management credentials (PMP, broker's license, etc.) not required
Experience in a corporate, family office, or executive-facing environment is a plus
