Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of XNRGY’s custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Integrate Lean Manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement principles into manufacturing systems
Support the introduction of new production software and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
Coordinate with IT and production teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for system integration
Develop and deploy innovative technologies across production lines to drive automation and process optimization
Promote a strong culture of safety and quality in all manufacturing system activities
Champion Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve productivity
Participate in the implementation, compliance, and training of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Support the deployment and training of the XNRGY Management System (XMS)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Software Engineering (or related field)
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing systems or MES engineering role
Hands-on development experience with Ignition Software
Proven expertise with MES systems and manufacturing process integration
Experience developing and implementing applications and HMIs (medium to advanced level)
Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is an asset
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced production environment
