Responsibilities
Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
Ensuring GAAP compliance and high-quality financial reporting
Performing technical accounting research and preparing related documentation
Overseeing and enhancing internal controls and compliance efforts
Supporting tax compliance activities in coordination with internal and external partners
Managing external audit and other assurance engagements
Identifying and driving process improvements and efficiencies
Providing leadership, mentoring, and development for accounting staff
Collaborating cross-functionally to support business initiatives and growth
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Big 4 public accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and technical accounting
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated job stability and upward career progression
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's in Accounting preferred
