In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
Assist customers with orders, returns, billing questions, and general support
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Support the sales team by generating leads, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary
Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Preferred
Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
