Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support contact for an assigned Epic inpatient application
Design, build, test, and optimize system configurations based on workflow requirements
Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate needs into effective technical solutions
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across the application
Coordinate and manage system updates, enhancements, and configuration tasks
Support projects from planning through implementation and post‑go‑live support
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
Must successfully complete the Epic pre‑assessment requirement
Preferred
Experience as an Epic analyst preferred, especially with inpatient modules
Background in healthcare or inpatient pharmacy is a plus
