Responsibilities
Analyze custodian data , Albridge (Pershing X) data , commissions data, and internal operational datasets
Conduct domain-specific analysis and clearly present findings, insights, and recommendations
Propose next-step solutions based on data analysis and business requirements
Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and validate analytical outputs
Develop data queries and integrate results into BI dashboards and reports for executive and business review
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data outputs
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and analytics objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a financial services environment
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and data analysis workflows
Proficiency in Power BI and other business intelligence/reporting tools
Solid understanding of Wealth Management, Broker-Dealer, or RIA business models
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global, virtual team environment
High level of professionalism, service orientation, and accountability
Snowflake
MS SQL
Power BI and other BI tools
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Web-based tools and reporting platforms
Bachelor's degree preferred
High school diploma (or equivalent) is required; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
