Responsibilities
Process, review, and validate vendor invoices with a high degree of accuracy
Perform 2-way and 3-way matching for PO-based invoices and handle non-PO invoices
Ensure timely resolution of invoice discrepancies and payment blocks
Reconcile vendor statements and perform GR/IR reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Partner with Procurement, Receiving, and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues
Assist with AP reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and document SOPs and processes
Maintain proper retention of all AP documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Provide backup support for other AP team members as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including:
PO-based 2-way and 3-way matching
GR/IR reconciliations
Ariba PO and Invoicing
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, functions)
Experience navigating SAP Fiori
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience using Power BI for reporting and data analysis
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analytics
Experience supporting internal or external audits
Familiarity with continuous process improvement initiatives in AP
