Managing the technical setup and logistics of studies, including hardware configuration and troubleshooting

Qualification

Required

must have experience working with user studies or data collection (college project/research assistant experience OK)
Native Proficiency in American English
Strong Participant Engagement
Comfortable interacting with study participants, fostering a positive environment that promotes clarity, comfort, and cooperation
Skilled in guiding sessions to ensure smooth execution while maintaining adherence to protocols

Preferred

Proactively manages the technical setup and logistics of studies, including hardware configuration and troubleshooting
Brings a dependable, detail-focused approach to behind-the-scenes operations and real-time session support
