Responsibilities
Provide expert compressor station technical support and direction to mechanical technicians
Troubleshoot systems and equipment to resolve day-to-day O&M issues
Monitor field maintenance practices for compliance with industry codes, standards, and SOPs
Train and mentor technicians through qualification programs
Assist in policy, practice, and procedure development
Support design review, commissioning, and monitoring of compression projects
Specify, install, and evaluate new equipment at field locations
Qualification
Required
Degree + 6+ years' experience OR 8+ years of field operations experience
Mechanical background in gas transmission, distribution, or industrial facilities
Solid technical knowledge of natural gas industry mechanical equipment and practices
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Experienced in Mechanical O&M, informal leadership, and project oversight
Comfortable working in both office and field environments (travel up to 25%)
Preferred
Knowledge of CFR 192 and relevant codes a plus
