The Business Coordinator may be assigned to a specific program or project and require specialized background or knowledge relevant to assignment or Department
Qualification
Required
1 year Directly related experience
Experience handling confidential information
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Or Work experience within healthcare industry
At least 1 years of previous experience in a Workforce Management (WFM), scheduling, or real-time monitoring role
Proficient in Workforce Management software and tools such Genesys, IEX, Aspect, NICE, Verint or similar platform
PC proficient - Skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
