Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Prospect Research and understanding of Annual Giving strategies
Strong skills in Database Administration and familiarity with donor management systems
Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to support development objectives
Effective Project Management skills to coordinate and execute complex fundraising initiatives
Organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
A bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications in fundraising or development are a plus
Preferred
Experience working in cultural heritage, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations
