Handle inquiries related to transportation planning, freight status, and delivery issues with excellent communication skills
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, shipment details, and customer interactions
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to transportation planning and supply chain operations
Proficiency in data entry, typing, and managing phone system
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
