The Cigna Group is seeking a Product Management Senior Advisor for SAP Warehouse Automation & EWM. This role leads initiatives to optimize warehouse automation and processes through SAP solutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate warehouse workflows and improve inventory accuracy using SAP EWM
Develop strategies that reduce manual processes and optimize resource utilization
Gather and document requirements for SAP EWM enhancements
Facilitate workshops with operations teams to align SAP capabilities with warehouse KPIs
Maintain SAP EWM roadmap and oversee implementation of automation features
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for speed and accuracy
Partner with supply chain, IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of SAP EWM solutions

Required

High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of SAP product management experience required; knowledge of SAP modules strongly preferred
Strong logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
Ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve business issues
Excellent communication skills, including group presentation experience
Basic financial analysis skills; experience with regulatory compliance a plus
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in complex situations

Preferred

Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL) is a strong plus
