Reentry Demonstration Initiative Project/Program Manager III
NEOGOV is seeking a Reentry Demonstration Initiative Project/Program Manager III to support the planning and implementation of King County's participation in the Reentry Demonstration Initiative. This role involves overseeing pharmacy policy development and ensuring compliance with pharmacy requirements for individuals leaving incarceration.

Responsibilities
Mapping current and future state for pharmacy procedures under the Reentry Demonstration Initiative
Understanding pharmacy requirements under the Reentry Demonstration Initiative and ensure JHS is in compliance with these requirements
Build relationships with internal and external pharmacy partners to fill prescriptions for eligible patients who have released and were unable to get medications from JHS (i.e. unplanned releases, releasing after hours)
Lead and support process and operation development, implementation and improvements by meeting with Public Health and JHS pharmacy subject matter experts individually and in workgroups
Partner with other project managers leading work that connects to the Reentry Demonstration Initiative
Assist with and develop presentations and meetings by scheduling events, preparing handouts, coordinating logistics, creating meeting agendas, taking notes, and drafting a copy of the minutes
Responsible for revisions to and maintenance of project supporting documents
Respond to inquiries from project sponsors, cross-sector partners and workgroups as indicated
Develop, organize and maintain the project's SharePoint page, Microsoft Teams site and any other technical support needs as indicated
Support the development of training plans and materials
Prepare, schedule, and support necessary staff trainings for implementation
Facilitate the purchase of project supplies and resources following current county processes
Perform other project support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Deep commitment to racial equity, understanding of the impacts of racism and mass incarceration, and demonstrated experience applying equity skills to undo racism
Experience in a relevant project and program management role or a similar role that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties of this position
Demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing data and reporting on program services, measures, program and patient level outcomes
Skilled in presenting data effectively to both technical and non-technical project partners and sponsors
Knowledge and skill in managing projects for a large organization, using current project management principles, methodologies, and processes, and the ability to prepare detailed project documentation
Proficiency with electronic health records, Microsoft Office Suite programs, and web-based tools
Skilled in leading multi-discipline work teams and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and handle sensitive or controversial subjects with empathy and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a changing environment
Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiating, and decision-making
Advanced skills in oral and written communication, including making formal presentations to groups and committees
Preferred
Experience as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician
Knowledge of pharmacy policies and procedures within a city/county jail setting
Knowledge of pharmacy policies and procedures under Medicaid billing
1 year of experience supporting cross-sector and politicized projects
Experience supporting the development of a comprehensive business case, including cost-benefit analysis, expected outcomes, and strategic alignment
Experience working with Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in a social service, public health, behavioral health, or related setting
Demonstrated working knowledge of the criminal legal system and of behavioral health and community-based services in and around King County
