Responsibilities
Maintain and update screening data repositories and vendor portals
Process screening requests and validate incoming data
Perform quality checks and deliver accurate data to scientists
Receive, format, and publish screening data using standard templates and tools
Register and maintain vendor profiles and project information
Maintain reference and control compound lists and screening protocols
Request registration of new reference or control compounds when needed
Follow data handling standards and keep thorough documentation for audits and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master degree in biology or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in cell biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or enzymology
Laboratory experience with in vitro plate based screening assays
Experience working with scientific data workflows and data management
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage several priorities in a fast paced and cross functional environment
Builds strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Responds well to changing priorities and evolving processes
Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
Anticipates the needs of scientists and other stakeholders
Looks for opportunities to improve knowledge of tools and best practices
