They are seeking a Junior Project Architect to manage mid-size projects from start to finish, including drafting, production of plan sets, and obtaining proposals from engineers.

Managing mid-size projects from start to finish
Site measures
Drafting
Production of small plan sets
Occasional 3d modeling for residential projects
Obtaining proposals from engineers
Researching Planning requirements for various projects
Doing over-the-counter permitting
Researching permit history for new projects
Qualification
Required
The ability to problem solve and figure out solutions to new issues
The ability to multi-task and work on a variety of things at once
Experience with San Francisco Building and Planning Departments
STRONG AutoCAD skills
Sketchup skills are required
An understanding of the CBC
You must have a valid driver license, and clean driving record
Must live in the Bay area and can commute to the office
Preferred
Bonus points if you're a scrappy fighter willing to go to the mat with the plancheckers
