Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for clinical stakeholders regarding MGBMG pharmacy-based prior authorization and support programs

Assist with refill renewals and prescription assistance programs

Assist the clinical pharmacists in their daily tasks at their discretion

Oversee workload and balance quality improvement project management

Designate a workspace within the remote work location that is private, safe, ergonomic and free from distractions

Qualification

Required

High school diploma required

One-year experience in a medical setting is required

Successful completion of an accredited or Board-certified Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant training program, or equivalent institutional/retail pharmacy or medical office experience is highly desirable

Prior pharmacy experience desirable
