Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of team leadership experience
12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (development, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management)
Strong familiarity with RPA methodologies and best practices
Basic knowledge of microservices stack--.Net, Java, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and SQL/Oracle/Postgres
Experience with DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies
Proven experience leading software development teams and technical specialists
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with standards
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technical staff
Ability to prioritize short-term deliverables while actively shaping and advancing long-term technology strategies
Skilled at identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and platform scalability
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align objectives, manage expectations, and report progress
Background in software development, automation engineering, or related technical fields
Familiarity with enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern development practices
