C3BM Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate development of ground test TO Memo objectives based on DCC (C2BMC, BOA, SBIRS) test and assessment needs to support C2BMC and BOA OCL decisions to CCMDs
Coordinate ground test GT Assessment Requirements Allocation, IMAP development of Assessment Requirements (ACS, CACs, KTPs), APs, and AXPs for C2BMC and BOA enterprise and program level capabilities
Support Scenario/Test Case design (including review of SDR packages, assessment of scenario descriptions and associated test cases; architectures, and KTP allocations) for each ground test campaign
Support and brief requirement charts at DCC IETTs for ground tests
Track of test schedule, Change Requests, and other execution changes that could have impacts on requirements, assessment, or analysis support for DCC program OCL and fielding
Provide review, assessment, and development of products in support of ground test requirements, IETT, CSTIB/ICCB, GETRIPT, IMTP, DCC Weekly status, End-of-Week charts as needed
Interface with BCE-Requirements (DCCER) and other DCCE organizations for review and tracking of MDS and BC Program System Specifications (MDS SS, BES) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) development

Required

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience required
Active Secret clearance
Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
