Required

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, as well as tools and methodologies such as Agile or Six Sigma
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications like PMP are a plus
Experience in the banking, financial services, or related industry is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
