Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
5+ years of experience in Microsoft administration (including Office 365)
5+ years of experience in Windows Server environments
10+ years of network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)
5+ years of experience in customer service
Preferred
Experience with wiring closets
Experience with Ruckus switches
Familiarity with Deskpro Ticketing System
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
