They are seeking Repair Technicians to execute device repairs, key services, and battery installations that support customer experience, focusing on quality and efficiency without sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Perform phone and tablet repairs following established procedures
Execute key cutting and programming services
Complete battery testing and installation (automotive, specialty, and consumer)
Diagnose issues accurately and document work completed
Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and quality standards
Partner with Sales Technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time
Communicate clearly about repair timelines, limitations, and outcomes
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly maintained tools
Follow SOPs for repairs, recycling, and hazardous material handling
Assist with inventory tracking for repair parts and tools
Support store operations as needed during peak service periods
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small components
Comfortable using tools, diagnostics, and repair equipment
Ability to follow written procedures and safety standards
Preferred
Phone or tablet repair experience
Electronics, automotive, or mechanical background
Technical certifications or formal training
Prior experience in repair, service, or technician roles
