Responsibilities
Perform thorough functional testing of applications and features
Execute API tests using Postman
Write and run SQL queries
Collaborate closely with developers to test new features and report defects
Work independently while contributing to a small, fast-moving team
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in QA or manual testing
Strong experience with Postman for API testing
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and reliable in executing thorough tests
Preferred
Basic familiarity with C# / .NET (optional)
Exposure to call center automation systems or similar software
Experience collaborating in small, agile teams
