This role is critical in ensuring business intent, user experience goals, and delivery execution remain aligned across all streams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end business analysis across the entire program
Define and maintain a unified view of business goals, scope, and priorities
Serve as the trusted advisor to business stakeholders, Program Manager, and Architects
Elicit, analyze, and document complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own and manage the integrated program backlog, ensuring alignment across streams
Lead current-state and future-state user journey mapping across channels
Partner closely with UX, product, and business teams to drive user-centric outcomes
Ensure consistency of user journeys, business rules, and terminology across projects
Ensure business continuity, data integrity, and compliance requirements are met
Partner with the onsite Program Manager on scope management, planning, and change control
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and program-level demos
Validate delivered solutions against business intent and success metrics
Create and maintain high-quality documentation including business cases, process models, and requirement artifacts
Ensure traceability from business objectives to delivered outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in mobile application development and enhancements
Experience with cloud migration from Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience in user journey mapping across multiple applications and business domains
Ability to own end-to-end business analysis across the entire program
Ability to define and maintain a unified view of business goals, scope, and priorities
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, Program Manager, and Architects
Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Ability to translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience in managing the integrated program backlog, ensuring alignment across streams
