Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design
Design end‑to‑end architecture solutions
Define functional and technical architecture across multiple Ensemble or Britebill modules and ensure seamless integration
Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, high‑level designs (HLD), and low‑level designs (LLD)
Ensure architectural solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards
Integration and Systems Architecture
Design integrations with CRM, ERP, Network, Mediation, Data Warehouses, and third‑party systems
Define interface standards, data flows, and error‑handling mechanisms
Support cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise architectures where applicable
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
Engage with business partners, product owners, and leadership teams to shape solution strategy
Provide technical and functional guidance to development, testing, and operations teams
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and architecture governance forums
Documentation and Governance
Create and maintain: Architecture diagrams, Solution design documents, Functional and technical specifications
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
More than 10 years of experience in telecom billing, revenue management systems
Strong hands‑on experience, with coding experience in Java. Should be able to dig into REST APIs and Java Microservices
Thorough knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Splunk, Telemetry tools)
Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex billing transformations
Preferred
Deep understanding of Telecom Billing Lifecycle
Strong knowledge of batch and real‑time systems, high‑volume data processing, and interface design
