Equity Investment Operations Analyst
Vanguard is a leading investment management company seeking an Equity Investment Operations Analyst to support their Equity Index trading desks. The role involves ensuring the accurate execution of global equity trades and collaborating with portfolio managers and traders to resolve issues and enhance investment management decisions.

Responsibilities
Supports the portfolio managers for assigned products to ensure operational objectives are met. Analyzes and delivers insights to inform and enhance investment management decisions
Consults and advises key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations
Serves as an escalation contact for the investment operations teams. Creates, builds, and maintains relationships with portfolio traders and managers
Proactively anticipates portfolio events and leads process enhancement initiatives
Engages and collaborates with internal partners to provide holistic support. Continually develops product support skills and strengthens insight through increased service experience
Oversees internal event tracking, performs incident analysis, and incorporates finding into process improvements. Evaluates and enhances workflows
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years' related work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience with middle office and trade support
Preferred
Accounting or Finance degree preferred
