Develop and implement long-term clinical operations strategies
Cultivate a cohesive clinical operations leadership team
Serve as primary partner to the Clinical team for program development
Establish partnerships with Care Teams for operational readiness
Lead operational excellence initiatives in clinical operations

Qualification

Healthcare operationsRNRDARNP licenseLeadership experienceOperational initiativesPerformance improvementCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or clinical operations
Active RN, RD, or ARNP license required
Proven success in leading complex operational initiatives
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
5+ years of experience in performance improvement practice
