Responsibilities
Project management and business analyst
Digital marketing and email marketing
Business development experience
Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently met
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status updates
Drive cross‑functional alignment to keep stakeholders focused and projects on track
Think critically to identify missing project information, resolve ambiguities, and proactively uncover dependencies or risks
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
Translate complex business needs into clear requirements for technical teams
Prepare and deliver high-quality, business-facing presentations that communicate project goals, status, risks, and dependencies
Provide concise, tailored status summaries for diverse audiences—including technology teams, business leaders, and senior executives
Facilitate effective decision-making by presenting options, implications, and recommended paths forward
Promote best practices in project management, process efficiency, and team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
Strong Business Analysis skills
Excellent communication capabilities
Strong critical thinking
Ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights for both business and technical teams
Experience in project management and business analysis
Experience in digital marketing and email marketing
Business development experience
