Responsibilities

Develop enrollment and throughput plans to ensure studies meet required timelines and targets
Manage and communicate project status with cross‑functional teams and external research vendors
Drive project scoping, including vendor quotes, contracts, budgeting, and invoicing
Identify and resolve risks related to schedule, logistics, and data quality across multiple global projects
Develop study documentation such as consent forms, statements of work, and standard operating procedures
Coordinate and distribute study supplies—including device setup—and train study personnel on data collection systems and monitoring processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Public Health, Life Sciences, Research Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience managing research studies, field operations, or multi‑site project coordination

Proven experience working with external vendors—including scoping, budgeting, contracting, and invoicing—along with excellent communication and organizational skills
