Lead variance studies with close collaboration with industrial and with manufacturing team
Identify and implement process improvements, monitor & maintain bill of materials
Develop & design workflows and processes for routers and BOM's
Oversight of labor costs, routing materials
Identify & employ cost reductions
Participate in prototype development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing)
SolidWorks, ERP, Strong Excel Skills
2-4 years of Manufacturing process development / process improvement with assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies
Strong organization, documentation of systems and leadership skills
Experience with development and documentation of manufacturing routers and bill of materials
Preferred
Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt a plus)
Spanish is a plus
