Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store healthcare data from diverse enterprise sources
Build and optimize scalable data workflows ensuring efficient data flow and seamless integration across multiple systems
Ensure data quality and relevance by collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams to support analytics and production
Automate manual processes to streamline data delivery and reduce operational overhead
Tune and optimize data processes for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Design and implement automation frameworks for production release of data engineering, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python
Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, performance tuning, and handling large datasets
Experience in data migration, cross-cloud integrations, and cloud networking (e.g., Snowflake)
Solid experience with cloud platforms and tools
Preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience with EDI, HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR integration standards
