Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you begin driving various areas within business finance, including building financial forecasts from ground-up, ROI, BVA, conducting gap analysis, developing the drivers for revenues/costs, understanding basic DCF with cost of capital over time value of money
You recommend process optimization to leadership, work both inside and outside of your immediate team, and you may oversee the work of more junior colleagues
You collaborate through your internal and external relationships, and can take some ownership of day-to-day problems, while still escalating larger issues to management, as needed
You possess strong knowledge and expertise that enable you to adapt to ambiguity, and you ensure alignment between your work and the broader business finance goals and objectives
Design and obtain buy-in for process changes
Coordinate one or more components of change management
Analyze and disseminate data within an FP&A area to drive operational excellence, deliver insights, and revenue growth
Develop data and research to identify and mitigate risk and escalate issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and expertise in business finance
Ability to build financial forecasts from ground-up
Experience with ROI and BVA
Conducting gap analysis
Developing drivers for revenues/costs
Understanding of basic DCF with cost of capital over time value of money
Ability to recommend process optimization to leadership
Experience working both inside and outside of immediate team
Ability to oversee the work of more junior colleagues
Strong collaboration skills through internal and external relationships
Ability to take ownership of day-to-day problems
