Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
Prepare for and attend depositions
Attend hearings and client meetings
Participate in mediation and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license in good standing
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in: Mass Tort or Toxic Tort, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Defect, Labor & Employment
Experience managing up to 20 active cases
Deposition, motion practice, discovery, and court appearance experience required
Preferred
Mediation and trial experience strongly preferred
Prior mentoring experience a plus
