Responsibilities
Process expense reports for technicians
Timecard review and management
Direct visitors and vendors to sign in, contractor onsite requirements
Payments for boiler inspections
Assist technicians in training systems like Houston Area Safety council and Cornerstone
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Answer phone and forward incoming phone calls
Contact vendors and or building management to make repairs or report concerns
Company events
Support overall building needs
Community service
Attend meetings, show presentation for presenter, and take notes
Initial file prep for all new projects in Initial Impressions
File management both electronic and paper
Qualification
Required
Proven working experience in a facilities services /front office (3+ years)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, Sharepoint, FX, JDE, Initial Impressions
High energy, confident, professional with enthusiasm for customer service
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Ability to act with high integrity and trust
High school diploma required
