Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders
Report any damages, defects, or missing items to the Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy
Evaluate secondary market value to process replacements
Restock supplies to ensure timely order completion
Open and sort inbound consumer mail
Enter data into the appropriate systems
Process outbound packages to customers
Communicate with collectors via email to address inquiries and provide updates
Enhance the collector experience by delivering exceptional customer service and support
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift heavy objects
Positive, consumer-focused attitude with a passion for serving others
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
