Responsibilities

Department Rotations: Engage in structured rotations across various departments including R&D, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales
Project Management: Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to support departmental goals
Leadership Development: Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs
Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and report on personal and departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement
