Responsibilities
Provide executive-level advisory consulting to law firms and senior leadership, guiding adoption and optimization of Elite’s advisory services and supporting technologies
Serve as the senior advisory owner for assigned global customers, acting as the primary strategic interface and trusted advisor
Lead and govern enterprise and operational assessments, enabling customers to achieve business outcomes through effective use of Elite solutions
Define and own short- and long-term advisory roadmaps based on customer business requirements, ensuring alignment with product direction and service capabilities
Act as a senior decision-making authority for change, release, and deployment activities impacting advisory services in production
Own service-level management for assigned advisory services, ensuring performance expectations are met and proactively communicated to stakeholders
Partner closely with Sales to shape advisory opportunities, support executive-level pursuits, and articulate differentiated value propositions
Collaborate with Product Management to influence feature readiness, prioritization, and release decisions affecting advisory services
Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to accelerate customer alignment and decision-making
Mentor and guide internal teams on enterprise advisory approaches and value-based customer engagement best practices
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in consulting, including hands-on solution consulting, product configuration, and implementation
Strong analytical and process design skills, including problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, and workflow modeling
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and functions without direct people management responsibility
Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach
Ability to travel up 25–50% as business needs require
Must be legally authorized to work in United States; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
Preferred
Experience working with legal practice management software strongly preferred
ERP functional consulting experience considered an advantage
