2+ years expBizTek People is urgently in search for an experienced Collateral Management Analyst for our client in NYC. The Collateral Management Consultant will support daily collateral operations, ensure accuracy of margin processes, and coordinate directly with counterparties and custodians.

Responsibilities
Review system-generated collateral calls for accuracy before issuing margin calls
Communicate directly with counterparties to confirm proper collateral exchange
Post margin requirements across triparty and third-party custody platforms and monitor settlement
Prepare release authorizations for third-party custodians
Investigate, document, and escalate disputes or discrepancies
Settle month-end collateral margin interest with counterparties
Perform reconciliations between custodians, counterparties, and internal systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in processing Repo margin calls (under and MRA) and TBA margin calls (under the MSFTA)
Hands-on AcadiaSoft Margin Manager & Agreement Manager
2+ years of collateral management experience
Experience working with MSFTA, MRA, and CSA margin exchange
Hands-on experience with '40 Act margining preferred
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field (Finance, Economics, etc.)
