Responsibilities
Manage warranty and consumer litigation matters from inception through resolution
Lead trial strategy, including motions, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Conduct opening statements, closing arguments, and witness examinations
Draft and argue dispositive motions and manage discovery processes
Collaborate with clients to develop effective defense strategies
Advanced legal research and persuasive writing
Strong negotiation and litigation strategy development
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with significant courtroom exposure
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
Proven experience handling trials, arbitrations, and complex litigation matters
