HR Workday Analyst

Tennessee Oncology, one of the nation’s largest community-based cancer care specialists, is seeking an HR Workday Analyst to provide expertise on Workday workflows and systems. The role involves managing HR transactions, developing reports, and collaborating with the OneOncology Workday team to optimize performance and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient processing of all HR transactions within our Workday system
Primary point of contact for all Workday-related activities and will collaborate closely with the OneOncology Workday team to maintain system integrity and optimize performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for processing all HR transactions within the Workday system, including but not limited to hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, benefits open enrollment, leaves of absence, and organizational changes
Develop, analyze, and interpret various reports and dashboards (e.g., turnover, overtime, time to fill, etc.) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Adhere to established data entry standards and conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within Workday
Generate, update, and analyze HR reports within Workday to provide valuable insights to the HR team and business stakeholders. Posts reports in company systems as directed to facilitate communication
Develop, test, and load Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for mass data updates and uploads
Monitor and troubleshoot Workday business processes, identifying and resolving errors promptly
Collaborate effectively with the OneOncology Workday IT team to report system issues, request enhancements, and participate in system testing and upgrades
Serve as a key resource for HR team members and employees on Workday-related inquiries and guide system functionality
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday functionality and best practices
Contribute to developing and maintaining Workday process documentation and training materials
Participate in projects and initiatives related to Workday optimization and enhancements
Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive HR experience
Minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience working within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, charting, pivot tables, etc.)
Proven ability to process a wide range of HR transactions accurately and efficiently in Workday (Hires, Terminations, Transfers, etc.). Demonstrated experience in creating, running, and modifying Workday reports
Experience creating and loading Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for data management
Strong understanding of Workday business process configuration and troubleshooting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with HR colleagues, leaders, team members, and the OneOncology Workday team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices

Preferred

Experience developing and providing HR Dashboards, executive reports, and ad hoc HR analysis
Healthcare experience is a plus
