Responsibilities

Perform SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) searches and generate required certificates/confirmations for foreclosure matters
Conduct bankruptcy verifications using PACER and related tools, document results, and escalate issues appropriately
Track and update compliance results in case management systems and client platforms
Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure files are clear for next-step action
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and follow internal procedures and client guidelines

Required

Preferred

Experience in a law firm, foreclosure, or creditors' rights
Experience running and documenting SCRA searches and PACER bankruptcy checks
Familiarity with New Jersey court processes
Case management/client portal experience
