Business Development Manager
Regal Professional Services is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to market their services. The role involves actively hunting for new customers in the DFW market, tracking customer information, and developing competitive sales proposals to foster growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Actively hunt the DFW market for new customers by marketing calls, cold calls, prospect visits, and creating proposals
Track all customer information including but not limited to prospect basic information, opportunity forecasting, contact information, and daily activities (email, calls, site visits, meetings) into the company's CRM
Develop, prepare, and present comprehensive and competitive sales proposals
Continuously evaluate competitive activity and improve on sales technique to attain new accounts
Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service consistent with the company's core values through contact, follow up, and consultation after the sale to promote growth in the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum 1-2 years of outside sales experience
High energy and positive attitude
Strong work ethic and highly motivated to win
Self-starter and can work independently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's (Required)
Preferred
Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
