Responsibilities
Serve as the LSP-of-record for on-going Massachusetts Waste Sites for existing Arcadis clients
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to prepare investigation work plans, remedial designs, cost estimates, and other deliverables
Lead preparation of written documents and provide senior-level review for technical content and quality
Effectively manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including development and management of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and communications with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
Provide mentoring and training to junior engineers and scientists
Support business development which may include client meetings and proposal development
Act as a subject matter expert for aspects of regulatory interpretation, assessment and remediation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or related field of practice
Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification
15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with direct experience in the Massachusetts market
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or related field of practice
5 years of experience acting as LSP-of-record
Additional certifications, such as Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist, or CT Licensed Site Professional, with the Engineer or Geologist certification preferably in a New England state
