Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class service and support to private bankers, financial advisors, and service professionals
Partner closely with Sales and other internal partners to ensure complex transactions are escalated appropriately
Prepare and provide bank reference letters and Letters of intent as requested by Sales partners
Review and approve Power of Attorney on client SBL accounts
Develop and deliver SBL training content and material for presentations to sales partners
Ensure an exceptional experience by providing feedback to product managers on potential product and service enhancements
Use data to analyze business trends and create reports, presentations, and other materials for management
Assist with various projects and reporting as required by management, including detailed presentations outlining the team’s performance, strategy, and initiatives
Additional responsibilities as required by Lending Advisors and the Head of Lending Advisory

Qualification

Banking/finance experienceCustomer support backgroundMicrosoft OfficeDetail orientationProblem solvingCommunication skills

Required

Minimum 2 years of banking/finance industry experience
BA or BS degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extraordinary client service aptitude
Problem solving. Demonstrate creativity and thoughtful solutions in framing private banking transactions
Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and manage expectations
Detail orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Customer support and operations background
Tableau/Access/SharePoint skills are a plus
