Responsibilities

Audit document requests for accuracy across all deal elements: payment calculations, yields, terms, and purchase options
Perform detailed verification and audit of all pricing and documentation before broker delivery
Generate complete documentation packages through DocuSign, ensuring all required materials, pricing details, and funding conditions are organized in proper order
Navigate and work efficiently across multiple lender systems and portals (each has its own quirks; you'll master them)
Serve as the primary operational contact for brokers navigating documentation and funding stipulations
Provide clear, timely updates on deal status and requirements
Translate complex lender requirements into actionable next steps for brokers
Build trust through consistent, reliable communication
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving smoothly
Manage follow-ups on funded deals to ensure completion
Multi-task across several deals and requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with Account Managers when deal complexities require strategic input
Catch discrepancies before they become problems; you're the safety net that prevents funding delays
Maintain BSB's reputation for operational excellence with every document package you deliver
Ensure compliance with lender requirements across all documentation

Required

Familiarity with equipment finance/leasing documentation (you understand the difference between an EFA and an FMV lease, and why it matters)
Experience with funding workflows, documentation processes, or back-office operations in equipment finance preferred
Strong command of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Proven ability to work with precision across multiple systems and platforms; you're comfortable learning new lender portals and adapting quickly
Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms preferred
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to audit complex financial documentation for accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; brokers need to understand next steps, and you need to explain them clearly
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deals simultaneously without dropping balls
Track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments where people are counting on you
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision; you identify what needs to be done and do it
Ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements when you see opportunities
Proactive approach to resolving issues before they escalate

Preferred

Experience working in operations, documentation, or funding roles at a leasing company, bank, equipment finance broker, or funding source
Experience working directly with brokers or in customer-facing operational support roles
Familiarity with Aurora by Northteq or similar workflow management systems
Consistent track record of accuracy in high-volume documentation environments
Experience managing complex multi-party transactions with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
You've occasionally identified process improvements or efficiency gains in previous roles
You understand how your operational role connects to broader business outcomes
You bring ideas when you see better ways to do things
