Responsibilities
Support Access Management across 40+ enterprise COTS applications (EHR, case management, benefits, justice systems)
Manage and support MDM for iPads, MacBooks, and iPhones
Gather requirements and design mobile and workforce mobility solutions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, and PREA regulations
Support telehealth and tele‑case management technologies
Participate in device lifecycle, deployment, and modernization projects
Qualification
Required
Systems analysis in enterprise or regulated environments
Access Management and MDM experience
Requirements gathering and solution design
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Telehealth or VDI experience
Public sector or healthcare IT background
